Foreign nationals and their active participation to the Parisian
economy - 2005 
Conscious of the
importance of the dynamism brought by businesses managed by entrepreneurs
of foreign citizenship for the capital’s economic fabric,
the associated “Greffiers” (registrars and clerks of
the court) of the Commercial Court of Paris have undertaken a large
statistical inventory in order to raise public awareness and recognition
for the meaningful economic role of those businessmen who are coming
from diverse backgrounds. The first three tomes to have been published
are: China, Maghreb (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia) and Turkey.

Focus on the changes of business names carried out by Parisian businesses
- 2004 
The registry carries
out a census of the businesses that have been changing their business
names in 2004 and analyses their characteristics in terms of legal
forms, capital amount and industry. An evaluation has also been
made of the other amendments of the memorandum and articles of association
that come along with those changes.

fast-food industry and the traditional food industry in the capital’s
fifth district (“arrondissement”). The registry draws
up a profile of the concerned businesses’ executives, and
compares the economic evolution of thoseTwo sub-sectors (formation,
business failure, evolution of turnover, etc.)

Women and entrepreneurship in Paris - 2003

Because of the ever
growing importance taken by women within the economy, the registry
studied the characteristics and the performances of the businesses
they are managing in Paris. The gathered data is compared to the
businesses that are managed by men. This study draws up the profile
of businesses managed by women, examines their financial well-being
and numbers the business sales and takeovers directed by women in
2003.
