The joint petition shall be the process in common whereby the parties
shall submit before a judge their respective claims, the points
on which they disagree as well as their respective grounds.
For
this purpose, the joint petition shall contain under penalty of
it otherwise being admissible some information necessary for the
identification of the parties and the indication as to the exhibits
in support of the claim. Moreover, it shall be dated and signed
by the parties.
Deadlines

This process is not actually bound to any specific time-limit as it
is based on the parties’ consensus. They show their agreement
by signing the process.
