The voluntary presentation shall be the process whereby the parties shall sign a record (in French “process-verbal”) noting that the parties have appeared voluntarily to have their claims determined.

Like the joint petition, the voluntary presentation shall contain under penalty of it otherwise being admissible some information necessary for the identification of the parties and the indication as to the exhibits in support of the claim. Moreover, it shall be dated and signed by the parties.
