Every
natural person or legal entity exercising activities recognized
as agricultural (except for maritime farming and lumbering)
on a usual basis shall be registered upon their declaration
at a register of agriculture, held by the Chamber of Agriculture
of the district where the head office of their business
is located.
The registration file shall be submitted to the registrar
