Registrations with the commercial and companies register (including “auto-entrepreneurs”) fell by 2% compared with 2022 during the same period. In the field of treatment of difficulties faced by businesses, the out-of-court proceedings (“mandats ad hoc” and “conciliations”) rose 30%; Commencement of safeguarding increased by 64%, judicial restructuring by 89% and judicial liquidation by 34% ; regarding litigation, the number of judgements dropped 9.6% ; summary procedure orders and orders made on a request respectively rose 7% and 18%. Orders for payment shot up 16%.
