Registrations with the RCS (including auto-entrepreneurs) are up to 5.8 % compared with the first semester of 2021. In the Field of treatment of difficulties, the out-of-court proceedings (mandats ad hoc and conciliations) remained stable but affected less employees (- 37 %). Opening of insolvency proceedings (safeguard, rehabilitation, liquidation) increased by 29 %, 39 % and 15 % respectively; as regards litigation, the number of judgments delivered increased by 11 %, orders for payment by 49 %.
