The first article of the law n°2019-486 provides that the Electronic Business Formalities Counter will replace the centers of formalities for the businesses (CFE).
From the 1st of january 2023, all businesses will have to file their formalities exclusively online on the website of INPI (Institut national de la propriété industrielle / National Institute of Industrial Property), who will be the single interlocutor of the registrants.
