Registrations with the RCS (including auto-entrepreneurs) are up to 5.9 % compared with the first quarter of 2021. In the Field of treatment of difficulties raised by businesses, the out-of-court proceedings (mandats ad hoc and conciliations) remained stable also as commencement of safeguarding proceedings, while judicial restructuring and judicial liquidation ros by 28 % and 24 %; as regards litigation, the number of judgments delivered rose by 11 %.
